1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be of legal age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use PASUGO. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

PASUGO is a platform that connects customers with local merchants and riders within Buug for the ordering and delivery of food and goods. Service availability is limited to Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, and depends on merchant and rider availability.

Merchants are responsible for their products, listings, pricing, preparation, and compliance with applicable laws. Riders are responsible for the delivery of orders. PASUGO facilitates these interactions but is not the manufacturer or seller of merchant products.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. An order is confirmed once accepted by the merchant. We may apply additional confirmation steps for large orders and may detect and prevent duplicate orders to protect you.

Estimated delivery times (typically 20–45 minutes within Buug) are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Pricing, Fees, and Payment

Prices for items are set by merchants and shown in the app. Applicable delivery fees and other charges are displayed before you confirm your order. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout using the available payment methods. [Specify accepted payment methods]

5. Delivery

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of PASUGO after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
